Privacy PolicyI- IntroductionSeek First ("we", "our", "the application") is a mobile application designed to help Christians build a daily prayer discipline by blocking distracting applications until the user has prayed. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.II- Data collectedThe application collects and stores the following data locally on your device only:- Application preferences: your selection of applications to block, your preferred blocking time and your display preferences.
- Prayer data: your prayer history, your prayer streaks, your selected moods and your prayer journal entries.
- User identifier: an anonymous identifier generated to manage your subscription through RevenueCat.
- Interaction data: interactions with the application's features (prayers completed, meditations listened to).III- Data NOT collectedWe do not collect any of the following data:- Location data
- Contacts or address book
- Photos, videos or files
- Browsing history
- Health data
- Financial data (other than subscription management by Apple/Google)
- Audio or video recordingsIV- Screen Time and application blockingThe application uses Apple's Screen Time APIs (FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, DeviceActivity) and Android accessibility services to block the applications selected by the user. Data relating to application usage is processed solely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or to third parties.V- Subscriptions and paymentsSubscriptions are managed by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play). We use RevenueCat for the technical management of subscriptions. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier and transaction information. No banking or credit card data is collected or stored by our application. It is not transmitted to external servers. If you uninstall the application, all your local data will be deleted.VII- Data sharingWe do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party for advertising or commercial purposes. The only data shared is:- An anonymous identifier with RevenueCat for subscription management.
- Transaction data with Apple or Google for payment processing.VIII- SecurityWe implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. Data is stored locally on your device and benefits from the security protections built into iOS and Android.IX- User rightsYou have the right to:- Access your data at any time through the application.
- Delete your data by uninstalling the application.
- Change your blocking and prayer preferences at any time in the application settings.
- Cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play Store settings.X- ChildrenThe application is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.XI- ChangesWe reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time.
